1. What types of parts do you sell?

We offer car parts new and used, tested and checked, for different vehicle models. Each product sheet specifies the condition, compatibility, and references.

2. How to know if a part is compatible with my vehicle?

Use the vehicle search engine (make, model, year). If you have any doubts, contact us at info@destoko.com with your chassis number (VIN).

3. Are the parts guaranteed?

New parts: guaranteed 12 months.

Used parts: guaranteed 1 month against major hidden defects.

4. What are the delivery times?

Standard delivery: 1 to 3 business days in Switzerland.

Standard delivery Europe: 3 to 5 days for Europe

Local bulky delivery: shipped on Tuesdays & Fridays by quote, separate payment after order

5. What payment methods do you accept?

Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Twint, PostFinance, and secure payment via Stripe/Shopify Payments.

6. Can I return an item?

Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to return a product in its original packaging. Contact customer service before any return.

7. What to do if the received part does not match or is defective?

Send us an email at info@destoko.com with your order number and a photo. We will handle the exchange or refund.

8. Do you also deliver to Europe?

Yes, we also ship to certain European countries. Shipping costs and times are calculated at checkout.
